About Bloom

Founded in September 2024, Bloom Behaviour Support Services brings together a team committed to practical, collaborative support for children, youth and families. Our work combines BCBA clinical oversight, individualized skill development and caregiver coaching in everyday environments.

We value the knowledge families bring and the voice of each child and young person. Together, we identify goals that support independence, inclusion, wellbeing and quality of life.

Our Team

Emma Kusiak, MPEd, BCBA, RASP-A

Founder and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst

Emma founded Bloom Behaviour Support Services to make thoughtful, practical behaviour support more accessible to families in the Okanagan. Her work begins with listening: learning what matters to a child or youth, what daily life looks like for their family, and where support would make a meaningful difference.

Emma began working as a Behaviour Interventionist in 2014. Since then, she has supported neurodivergent children, youth, and their families in direct service, behaviour consultation, and leadership roles. She completed her Master of Professional Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis in 2021 and earned her Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification in 2023.

Emma continues to learn and develop her practice in areas including collaborative problem solving, interoception, executive functioning, and adaptive skills. At Bloom, she guides the team’s work and partners with families to create support that is grounded in evidence, responsive to each person’s strengths, and useful in everyday life.

Jaimee Bryce

Behaviour Consultant · Circle of Security Facilitator

Jaimee has spent her career working alongside children, caregivers, and the people who support them. She began as a Behaviour Interventionist at Starbright, where she later became a Senior Behaviour Interventionist and first met Emma. She went on to work as a Behaviour Consultant and Family Systems Consultant before helping bring Bloom to life.

Jaimee studied psychology and child development at Vancouver Island University and continued her studies in psychology and autism at Okanagan College. She is also a Circle of Security Facilitator and brings a strong focus on relationships to her work with families.

Jaimee believes that connection, predictability, and consistent routines can help children feel supported as they learn and grow. She listens closely to each family, builds on what is already working, and continues to strengthen her practice through professional development. She values what children and caregivers teach her as much as the knowledge she brings to their work together.

Zoe Crasto

Zoe holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sociology with an embedded certificate in Mental Wellbeing and Resilience, and is currently completing the Disability and Applied Behaviour Analysis Certificate at Douglas College as part of her journey toward becoming a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA). Zoe is passionate about supporting youth through individualized and evidence-based approaches that recognize each child's strengths, interests, and unique learning styles.

Before moving to Kelowna, Zoe worked as an Education Assistant in elementary schools, including specialized educational classrooms. These experiences provided Zoe with a foundation in supporting children with diverse learning, communication, and behavioural needs. Over the past year of working at Bloom Behaviour, Zoe continues to develop her skills in behaviour intervention and applied behaviour analysis. Zoe enjoys building positive relationships with families and working together developing independence, communication, and other skills with children and youth.
